Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS.
- Drive work to timely completion using task management tools like Jira in an Agile-like environment.
- Collaborate with ESG software team members and cross-functional engineers to deliver mission-critical software.
- Ensure adequate documentation, testing, and analysis to verify compliance with requirements.
- Execute and provide feedback for flight software design, development, unit tests, and release processes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least six years of experience delivering and maintaining commercial/embedded software in a production environment.
- Expertise in engineering clean and maintainable Python and Bash code.
- Experience with version control and continuous integration.
- Expertise with developer tool chains and build tools such as Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Expertise working with Linux toolchains and environments.
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Proven experience delivering products on time and on budget.
- Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams in a diverse environment.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- This position may support programs which require US citizenship.
