Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and GenAI-powered applications.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering workflows, and LLM integrations.
- Develop scalable Python backend services, RESTful APIs, and AI system libraries.
- Enable cloud-native deployments using Docker and microservices principles.
- Integrate third-party services, UI components, and APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, engineering, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI models and services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK or Copilot Studio, or agent-building tools such as CrewAI or AutoGen.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompts, instructions, tools, reasoning, guardrails, and related AI-agent development concepts.
- Strong experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, tokenization, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Python libraries and using LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or local models.
- Very strong experience developing RESTful APIs in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Experience integrating third-party services, UI components, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker-based deployments and GitHub for code repositories and version control.
- Understanding of microservices design principles and cloud-computing basics.
- Strong communication and articulation skills.
- Experience with the end-to-end AI/GenAI project lifecycle and enterprise-scale production systems is helpful.
- Ability to optimize AI model and service performance, scalability, and reliability is helpful.
