Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions in partnership with architects, business analysts, and development teams.
- Own Salesforce implementation and customization work, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Improve business processes and productivity through Salesforce recommendations and optimizations.
- Define, communicate, and manage application and code change-management and release processes.
- Own Salesforce code quality and code reviews, produce scalable code, and provide development estimates and dependencies.
- Conduct innovation and proof-of-concept work involving new technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Review Salesforce Optimizer reports and take corrective actions.
- Write technical documentation supporting functional specifications and related efforts.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, and apply bug fixes to resolve critical defects.
- Identify technical risks and issues and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce customization experience with Apex.
- At least 3 years of LWC experience and at least 1 year of Aura component experience.
- At least one full implementation experience with Service Cloud or Field Service.
- At least 1 year of Visualforce experience.
- Salesforce Developer I or Developer II certification is mandatory.
- Service Cloud and Field Service certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, release management, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of cloud-platform architectural principles, including SaaS and PaaS, and familiarity with cloud architectures.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, communication, written documentation, attention-to-detail, and cross-functional impact-assessment skills.
