Responsibilities
- Screen, triage, and prioritize incoming bug reports and user feedback.
- Analyze diagnostic logs, internal analytics, and software issues to identify emerging trends.
- Design, build, maintain, evaluate, and use automation tools for triage efficiency.
- Apply modern and agentic ML methods to software development and data processing.
- Develop evaluation methods for assessing automation and ML results.
- Partner with software engineers, quality engineering, and engineering program managers to improve software quality and delivery.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience diagnosing and triaging software issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or two years of relevant professional experience as a substitute.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Experience using agentic ML methods for software development and data processing, including developing evaluation methods.
- Experience with bug or issue ticketing systems is a plus.
- Experience with JavaScript, Swift, or Python is a plus.
