Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that autonomously execute marketing workflows.
- Integrate AI APIs and automation platforms into existing tech solutions.
- Break down marketing workflows into necessary components for agents.
- Design self-improving systems that learn from outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to prioritize high-impact work.
- Own the full lifecycle from workflow identification to production deployment.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Build reusable agent infrastructure and documentation for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select appropriate AI tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or related fields.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI agents in production.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and orchestration.
- Familiarity with core GTM and marketing platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Experimental mindset with a focus on fast validation and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills and ownership of work.
