Responsibilities
- Design and develop a management platform using Ruby on Rails.
- Implement and integrate Operator Desk (KVM) and video-wall functionality.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with the Engineering team.
- Test, debug, optimize, and troubleshoot the platform to ensure stability and performance.
- Document development processes through code comments and technical documentation.
- Monitor Ruby on Rails frameworks and technologies and propose platform improvements.
- Collaborate with control-room operations teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Support platform security and data protection using industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Proficiency in web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and code optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
