Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable Java full-stack solutions tailored to business processes and application requirements.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions while improving application performance and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert, help manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- C++ programming experience is a preferred qualification.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
