Responsibilities

  • Develop architecture assessment agents for critical end-to-end business services at enterprise scale.
  • Represent product families in technical governance bodies and improve architecture governance practices.
  • Apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to architecture analysis and engineering workflows with human validation and sensitive-data controls.
  • Evaluate current and emerging technologies and influence adoption of solutions that improve scalability, resiliency, security, and engineering effectiveness.
  • Drive architecture decisions affecting product design, application functionality, technical operations, and engineering processes across teams and technology domains.
  • Develop, review, debug, and secure production code while providing hands-on technical leadership throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Establish reusable AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance practices that improve consistency, traceability, auditability, resiliency, security, and engineering excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in architecture concepts and at least five years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes.
  • Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation practices and data-sensitivity awareness.
  • Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
  • Ability to solve design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
  • Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend solutions for future-state architecture.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, and technical-influence skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions with scalability, resiliency, security, operational stability, and long-term sustainability in mind.
  • Preferred: experience with formal architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
  • Preferred: exposure to cloud, AI/data, distributed systems, platform-based architectures, and enterprise modernization.
  • Preferred: experience with Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
  • Preferred: relevant TOGAF, cloud, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Preferred: experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives and working in regulated environments involving operational resilience, third-party risk, and governance.
