Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Guide a development team across full-stack technologies and oversee end-to-end product development.
- Analyze application requirements and support business analysts in documenting them.
- Architect and develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Design and manage data models and integrations with PostgreSQL.
- Coordinate AWS cloud deployments and enterprise integrations.
- Configure and maintain GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
- Support production environments through root cause analysis, incident management, and change management.
- Implement IAM and access controls with IT security teams.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery standards and planning.
- Guide the team on AI solutions supporting the technology portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related technical field.
- At least seven years of relevant software development experience.
- At least two years of technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD, enterprise integration toolsets, and IAM configurations.
- Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience with AI tools and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification, containerization and orchestration experience, utility industry experience, and familiarity with Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and related databases are preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
