Responsibilities
- Lead strategic agentic AI and AI-powered application customer engagements involving architecture, agent development, modernization, and cloud-native development.
- Coordinate technical experts across applications, business applications, security, cloud, data, engineering, partners, and field teams to deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes.
- Lead envisioning, architecture and design sessions, demonstrations, rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, pilots, and technical blocker resolution.
- Connect customer priorities to technical sales opportunities, competitive positioning, pipeline creation, customer commitments, and deployment outcomes.
- Create repeatable pre-sales technical motions, architectures, demonstrations, guidance, and reusable assets for the broader field.
- Coach peers, share best practices, improve technical capability, and influence the Solution Engineering community without formal people-management authority.
- Mobilize Microsoft, engineering, specialist, partner, program, and field resources and share customer feedback to improve offerings and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- A master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or a bachelor's degree in those fields plus 8+ years; or 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, data, security, governance, and business applications is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub, VS Code, Python, Node.js, Java, or C# is preferred.
- Ability to translate customer insights and emerging technology trends into scalable business and technical outcomes is preferred.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range is CAD $165,000 to CAD $313,300 per year in Canada.
- The position is open for at least five days, with applications accepted continuously until the role is filled.
