Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, and clients.
- Gather client requirements and feedback and support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Respond to customer requests and maintain professional communication and service quality.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot software issues, and improve system performance.
- Experience creating automated validation processes, test cases, documentation, and project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to support software-hardware interface evaluation and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, and service-quality skills.
