Base Salary
$325k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy applications for CLEAR’s identity platform.
- Develop and deliver code across the full stack while defining best practices for testing, documentation, and observability.
- Work on privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture across multiple industries and domains.
- Partner with product and other stakeholders to identify requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems.
- Own architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement in technology and processes.
- Collaborate with and mentor less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and several technologies across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Argo.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, curiosity, continuous learning, and independent problem-solving.
