Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, reusable, performant Power Apps Canvas Apps using Power Fx, delegation-aware data access, components, collections, and variables.
- Design and implement scalable Power Automate cloud flows, child flows, approvals, error handling, retry patterns, scheduled processing, and high-volume or long-running workflows.
- Implement Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, alternate keys, calculated and rollup fields, business rules, and organizational security models.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder models, prompt-based actions, external systems, Microsoft 365 services, connectors, and APIs.
- Apply Power Platform ALM using solutions, managed and unmanaged layers, environment variables, connection references, deployment pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and performance-tune apps, flows, and Dataverse; resolve defects and support testing, UAT, deployment, and release activities.
- Follow Power Platform governance, licensing, data loss prevention, security, and client environment strategy requirements.
- Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and handover materials while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, and clients.
- Guide junior developers and participate in requirement discussions, demonstrations, and design decisions.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of overall application development experience with substantial recent Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building intuitive Power Apps Canvas Apps, including responsive design, reusable components, Power Fx, collections, variables, delegation, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience designing scalable Power Automate workflows with error handling, child flows, approvals, and long-running or high-volume processing patterns.
- Proven Dataverse implementation experience covering tables, columns, relationships, alternate keys, calculated and rollup fields, and business rules.
- Practical command of Dataverse security roles, teams, business units, row-level security, and column-level security.
- Working knowledge of integrating Copilot capabilities and AI agents using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or equivalent.
- Experience integrating external systems and Microsoft 365 services through standard and custom connectors and APIs.
- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, governance, licensing implications, and DLP policies.
- Ability to debug and performance-tune apps and flows and resolve defects through closure.
- Good client-facing communication skills for requirements discussions, demonstrations, and explaining design decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with model-driven apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio agents, PCF components, JavaScript, C# plug-ins, Azure Functions, Azure integration, data migration, Dynamics 365, consulting or global delivery environments, presales or demo support, reusable components, and relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, or AI-102.
