Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications and systems.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and execution scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, improve system performance, and support software installation or modification.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer communication, and timely delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications to maintain current programming and software-development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Analytics.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, processes, and system issues.
- Ability to code, design software validation and test scenarios, troubleshoot defects, and improve performance.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical and project teams.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and formal reports.
