Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, banks, data centers, and partners during technical integration projects.
- Coordinate technical stakeholders during integration and implementation projects.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and system incidents.
- Plan, execute, and document System Integration Tests.
- Support software releases, deployments, and solution rollouts in customer environments.
- Integrate and validate third-party software solutions and hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Support, and Delivery teams to implement customer solutions.
- Provide on-site support during integrations, testing, and rollout activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through solution-oriented technical consulting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in system integration, IT infrastructure, technical support, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and platform integration.
- Experience with system testing, software rollouts, and technical implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer support.
- Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken.
