Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within critical business systems and software applications.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to support application reliability.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to teams and stakeholders.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute to team discussions and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
