Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to satisfy business process and application requirements.
- Work with team members to understand project needs, refine application features, and resolve challenges.
- Perform independently, develop subject-matter expertise, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and document application processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications while following application development best practices.
- Maintain continuous learning on application development trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Studio.
- Must-have proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and familiarity with software development best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
