Responsibilities
- Independently conduct QA test processes for testing projects.
- Complete and maintain accurate test-result documentation.
- Perform manual, automated, and all required types of test execution.
- Implement or contribute to test automation frameworks using Java and QA automation tools.
- Analyze defects and failed test cases, determine root causes, and manage defects through closure.
- Collaborate with developers to certify feature branches and use available AI tools.
- Gather input, validate assumptions, and deliver testing work on time and with quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of experience.
- Experience with manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on test automation experience using BDD/Cucumber, Selenium, or another QA automation tool.
- Experience with Java for developing or contributing to test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of quality testing techniques and strong use of test management systems.
- Ability to work with minimal direction, adapt to new technologies and processes, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Preferred experience with JMeter.
- Preferred experience with DevOps technologies in a cloud environment, especially GCP.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or EKS.
