Responsibilities

Define and influence the direction of a small team in target tracking and state estimation.
Prototype and deploy algorithms for tracking and multi-sensor data fusion.
Develop high-performance software for real-time systems and simulation environments.
Design and implement filters and probabilistic reasoning systems for sensor data.
Analyze system performance using simulations and statistical techniques.
Customize algorithms for mission-critical use cases.
Integrate tracking technologies into the software development lifecycle.
Translate technical progress into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Proficiency in algorithm design, software development, and statistical modeling.
Expertise in C/C++, Python, and Matlab programming.
Strong knowledge of target tracking techniques like Kalman filters and particle filters.
Experience in state estimation and sensor fusion.
Solid understanding of applied mathematics, including linear algebra and probability.
Knowledge of signal processing techniques for diverse sensor data.
Familiarity with big data pipelines and NoSQL databases.
Background in machine learning for target tracking and recognition.
Ability to engineer robust systems for estimation theory and adaptive filtering.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
