Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical execution for major projects from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines across teams.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and architecture teams to define scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and talent development.
- Investigate production issues, lead root cause analysis, and deliver long-term system health solutions.
- Drive innovation, system improvements, and performance optimizations across products and services.
- Provide technical leadership to multiple engineers and accountability for design decisions and engineering quality.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading development of distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or large-scale platforms.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages, development frameworks, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture design, and technical mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
