Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and project delivery.
- Coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable application design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database design, SQL, and performance tuning in Oracle environments.
- Competence in code review processes and quality assurance methodologies.
