Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered capabilities including intelligent search, document processing, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Build APIs, services, application components, CRM integrations, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation logic.
- Contribute to CRM analytics, client intelligence, reporting, AI enablement, and reusable technology and data assets.
- Support automated deployment, monitoring, testing, operational support, and production issue investigation.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, business systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Java Spring, and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server or a similar query language.
- Knowledge of database schema design, performance and scale considerations, database migrations, relational databases, data modeling, and data quality principles.
- Experience developing data pipelines, ETL processes, data transformations, APIs, integrations, or application components.
- Exposure to AI and generative AI technologies, including LLMs, document automation, intelligent search, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with source control, testing, monitoring, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Prism, Salesforce, RAG, vector search, semantic search, AI-enabled applications, unstructured data, knowledge management, document processing, React, full-stack development, or capital markets and banking domains.
