Responsibilities
- Define, govern, and execute the multi-year full-stack technical vision and architectural roadmap.
- Establish enterprise-wide design patterns, API contracts, micro-frontend and microservices blueprints, and code governance standards.
- Conduct design reviews, author architectural decision records, resolve systemic performance bottlenecks, and write reference code.
- Architect frameworks supporting Adaptive Applications and Agentic AI workflows in user-facing enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps/SRE, and senior technical leaders to align business objectives with scalable architectures.
- Mentor Senior Staff, Principal, and Lead Engineers and drive engineering excellence across multiple feature pods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 14+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 5+ years acting as a Technical Architect or System Architect overseeing multi-team systems.
- Advanced experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js; micro-frontends; design systems; state management; and web performance optimization.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, REST or GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and Java, Node.js, Python, or Go runtimes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise in data structures, system design, OAuth/OIDC, CI/CD automation, and high-availability design.
- Strong strategic judgment, organization-wide technical leadership, and experience driving complex multi-year initiatives.
