Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based automated test scripts for TCU validation using ET Framework or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with firmware and system engineers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation.
- Contribute to continuous integration efforts for automated testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide timely task-progress updates.
- Support debugging of test-bench issues and inconsistencies in test results.
- Develop automation components using Spring Framework and validate REST APIs.
- Write unit tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks such as Mockito.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Minimum three years of experience is stated for the project role.
- Proficiency in Java, including object-oriented programming, collections, file I/O, exception handling, and multithreading.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, dependency injection, annotations, configuration properties, and Spring test utilities.
- Experience developing test automation and validating REST APIs using Java.
- Proficiency with JUnit and Mockito.
- Familiarity with Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, AKS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols or embedded-systems testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git and GitLab.
- Exposure to ET Framework or other proprietary test frameworks.
- Understanding of TCU or connected-vehicle technologies and automotive-domain experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, independent-working, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and ownership skills.
