Responsibilities
- Translate customer business visions into scalable, secure designs and multi-year technology roadmaps across Plan, Design, Implementation, and Lifecycle Services.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and chief enterprise architects.
- Embed Cisco IQ telemetry, risk assessments, resilience audits, LDoS sweeps, and software lifecycle reviews into delivery.
- Guide, review, and validate designs and configurations produced by Consulting Engineers and CX Centers delivery teams.
- Partner with Account Executives, Systems Engineering leadership, and CX Delivery Managers to shape Statements of Work and expand engagements.
- Share customer architecture trends and product gaps with Cisco Engineering Business Units and Product Management.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural governance for complex customer transformations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field plus 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Track record serving as Lead Architect on multi-domain infrastructure transformation projects for large enterprise, public sector, or service provider clients.
- Technical depth in at least two areas: Enterprise Networking and Campus, Data Center and Cloud, or Security and SASE.
- Business fluency in Danish and English, written and verbal.
- Preferred expertise in at least two Cisco domains, including Catalyst Center, SD-Access, SD-WAN, Meraki, Catalyst 9000, Wi-Fi 6E/7, Nexus Dashboard, ACI, Nexus 9000, UCS, hybrid cloud connectivity, Cisco Secure Firewall, Cisco ISE, SASE, or Zero Trust architectures.
- Current or emeritus CCIE or CCDE, TOGAF, or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is preferred.
- Experience with data-driven network operations, network programmability and automation, automated validation pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, technical mentorship, whitepapers, or industry conference presentations is preferred.
