Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features for the Sidekick progressive web app across field sales, sales back-office tooling, and LLM-powered support tooling.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping through production.
- Participate in user research, review usage data, and contribute to product prioritization.
- Work directly with sales stakeholders to understand needs, evaluate trade-offs, and propose solutions.
- Improve engineering standards through documentation, code quality, and process improvements.
- Integrate with external systems such as Salesforce and help shape data flows across domains.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with a full-stack framework such as Next.js, Remix, Nuxt, or similar, with a track record of shipping production features end-to-end.
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript building scalable, maintainable applications.
- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs and working in complex distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Go is welcome.
- Comfort using Kubernetes in cloud-native, distributed environments.
- Experience working in a product-led or dual-track agile team and contributing to product decisions.
- Strong stakeholder communication, user empathy, and the ability to showcase and demo work.
