Base Salary
$145k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing, billing, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Create functional requirements, solution architecture, system architecture, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, product bundling, approvals, guided selling, and quote templates.
- Design subscription, recurring-revenue, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment, tax, collections, amendments, and renewal workflows.
- Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines.
- Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing.
- Configure client-specific reports and dashboards.
- Guide buy-versus-build decisions and provide direction to development teams.
- Prepare configuration runbooks and process documentation.
- Conduct user training and support deployment and post-implementation enhancements.
- Travel as needed to meet client and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, CPQ implementation, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience configuring products, pricing, product bundles, product and price rules, quote templates, approvals, discounting structures, automation flows, and guided selling.
- Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
- Experience with revenue recognition setups and Usage products.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite and ERP systems using REST or SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Experience with Agentforce.
- Active Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, Application Architect, Platform Developer I and II, and Integration Architecture Designer certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.
