Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives, define success criteria, and set platform expectations
- Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations for high-value customers
- Collaborate with customers on proof-of-value scope, timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria
- Guide onboarding through emails, documentation, guides, and webinars to accelerate deployment and growth
- Develop account plans and deliver application architecture assessments, database design guidance, performance optimization, and proactive customer support
- Partner with Support, Product, Engineering, and Growth to provide platform feedback, identify improvements, size deals, and communicate roadmaps
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a similar field
- Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Web application development experience with familiarity with Python, C#, React, Vue, Svelte, and Node.js
- Very strong communication skills for translating business needs into technical outcomes and technical concepts into organizational impact
- Strong organization, storytelling, interpersonal, and conflict-mediation skills
- Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools such as HubSpot and BigQuery
- Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements that deliver technical and business value
