Base Salary
$161k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and channel partners to manage enterprise accounts across LATAM.
- Lead technical engagements, discovery sessions, and value-based demonstrations in Spanish.
- Advocate for Atlassian’s AI capabilities, including Rovo and the Teamwork Graph.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery and map customer pain points to Atlassian’s platform and System of Work.
- Create customized demonstrations and solution architectures for technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and provide regional market and competitive feedback to Product Management.
- Participate in Atlassian programs and rituals including ShipIt and AI School.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or solutions engineering capacity, including complex, high-stakes deals.
- Native fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex business problems into value-delivering technical solutions.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies and the ability to explain human-AI collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and coordinate internal teams around customer needs.
- A growth-oriented, customer-focused approach.
