Responsibilities

Build web and mobile experiences and scheduling tools using technologies across the full development stack.
Design technical solutions for complex problems involving multiple users and systems while maintaining a clear user experience.
Deliver high-quality features using automated testing, monitoring, feature flags, and standard engineering practices.
Participate in code reviews, peer feedback, knowledge sharing, and a high-trust team environment.
Collaborate with product, program, and operations partners to understand business needs and coordinate feature rollouts.

1–3 years of experience developing full-stack, customer-facing applications.
Experience with React and React Native for user-interface development.
Experience developing large-scale applications backed by relational databases, including Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Postgres.
Experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Willingness to learn, champion new ideas, and develop technical and project leadership skills.
