Base Salary
$122k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop performant, scalable, consistent, and supportable software solutions across development environments.
- Research and resolve application issues and service requests, including production deployment support during evenings and weekends.
- Create designs, review code and requirements, improve test coverage, and participate in estimation and prioritization.
- Lead features and components through integration, customer feedback, release, deployment, and support.
- Use GitHub SpecKit, AI models, MCP servers, and prompt engineering to support structured software development and automated test generation.
- Review AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and architectural compliance.
- Troubleshoot performance and technical debt issues and apply secure software development practices.
- Mentor and onboard software engineers, lead team discussions, support interviews, and provide technical and domain guidance.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, business analysts, product owners, support, database administrators, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of strong C# and ASP.NET MVC experience, SQL proficiency, and DevOps experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with team-specific development tools and programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals, process, design, documentation, testing, and related tools.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools for unit testing.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
