Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#
- Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs for high-throughput, concurrent workloads
- Build optimized SQL Server data access layers using indexing, connection pooling, and transaction management
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Function Apps, Event Grid, and Storage Accounts
- Build responsive React interfaces with TypeScript, Nx, Mantine, React Query, and internal API hooks
- Write unit, integration, end-to-end, and frontend automated tests while maintaining 90% or higher frontend line coverage
- Apply AI-assisted development and testing tools and evaluate emerging AI tooling for engineering adoption
- Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, performance optimization, security, code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Support CI/CD delivery across QA, staging, and production environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field, or equivalent experience with at least ten years of strong technical experience in .NET (C#) and React
- At least three years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and full-stack development
- Strong understanding of API design, REST principles, authentication, and authorization, including OAuth2 and JWT
- Proficiency with SQL Server and data modeling
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience with microservice architecture, CQRS, or event-driven design is preferred
- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes is preferred
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is preferred
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as App Insights and OpenTelemetry is preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage complex features and competing priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
