Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex software systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable solution design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
