Responsibilities
- Design fit-for-purpose AI solutions as a domain subject-matter expert for Wealth Management, Insurance, or Contact Centre.
- Build MVP solutions with support from a centralized AI development pod.
- Evaluate market vendor solutions and build and manage partnerships with leading AI vendors in China and Hong Kong.
- Provide technical training to junior team members.
- Design and own the full roadmap of an AI application.
- Manage a developer team through agile delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience in machine learning or AI solution development.
- In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art AI and generative AI technologies.
- Proven ability to design scalable enterprise AI solutions for complex business problems.
- Technical ability to experiment quickly with state-of-the-art AI algorithms and open-source packages.
- Product mindset and experience designing and owning an AI application roadmap.
- Proficiency in coding and experience managing a developer team.
- Relevant frontend or backend development experience is preferred.
- Exposure to and connections with academic or industry communities and conferences are highly preferred.
