Responsibilities

  • Define long-term architecture for AI-powered and agentic systems automation across large-scale AdTech platforms.
  • Architect autonomous and human-in-the-loop workflows for deployment orchestration, infrastructure lifecycle, and incident response.
  • Design and evolve foundational AdTech platforms for automation, optimization, identity, data, measurement, and activation.
  • Establish multi-region, high-availability, disaster-resilient, scalable, and operable system patterns.
  • Lead convergence, simplification, modernization, and interoperability across legacy and next-generation systems.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and shape long-term technology strategy for streaming, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, privacy technology, and agentic AI.
  • Establish architectural governance and decision frameworks while mentoring principal engineers and architects.
  • Review high-impact architecture, influence execution across organizations, and align engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms, including large-scale ingestion, transformation, and activation pipelines.
  • Experience automating high-availability, high-throughput production environments using AI and agentic architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of Iceberg, Delta, Hudi, Spark, Flink, Presto, Kafka, Kinesis, and Pub/Sub.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, Azure, microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures, including modernization of legacy platforms.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, audience graphs, and cross-platform measurement systems in media, advertising, or similarly scaled transaction domains.
  • Deep knowledge of data engineering practices, CI/CD automation, observability, data lineage, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with cost modeling, benchmarking, and optimizing distributed systems for throughput, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Understanding of AdTech, programmatic ecosystems, ML/AI-driven data products, and privacy-first architectures including GDPR, CCPA, and VPPA.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations, vendor integrations, and collaborations with third-party data providers, cloud platforms, and open-source communities.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
