Responsibilities

Own quality across the Kontent.ai and Uniform composable web ecosystem.
Lead manual and automated testing efforts, including test strategy, test design, sprint participation, and release execution.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to translate requirements into testable solutions.
Identify automation opportunities and embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle.
Support legacy systems and the migration to a modern headless architecture by identifying risks and gaps.
Validate performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability, including Core Web Vitals.
Own feature quality from concept through release, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolutions.
Mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

5+ years of hands-on experience testing complex, client-facing websites.
Experience with modern web architectures, user experience expectations, and CMS-driven environments.
Ability to lead manual testing while contributing to test strategy, test design, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, independence, and ability to operate in evolving projects.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate quality risks.
Experience onboarding team members, sharing best practices, and elevating team standards.
Familiarity with component-based architectures, APIs, feature-rich CMS platforms, and high-traffic global websites.
Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing and web performance optimization.
Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum environments, including sprint ceremonies and estimation.
Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, and certificate management.
Exposure to headless or enterprise CMS platforms such as Kontent.ai, Uniform, Sitecore, or Drupal.
Foundational understanding of test automation frameworks.
Use of or strong interest in AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT for testing productivity.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Hybrid work model requiring four days per week in the office.
