Base Salary
$190k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core services for a cloud platform to support AI applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems and microservices.
- Create scalable data infrastructure and APIs for enterprise workloads.
- Develop new metrics and evaluation capabilities based on customer needs.
- Define operational maturity and establish best practices for core services.
- Participate in talent acquisition and team building efforts.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python and backend technologies like Postgres and Kafka.
- Experience deploying and working with ML/LLM models in production.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and troubleshooting production issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
