Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Python research library and platform tooling used by quantitative researchers.
- Build the pipelines and processes for submitting, backtesting, and validating strategies for trading.
- Develop, scale, and monitor the production platform that runs trading strategies.
- Design platform architecture that anticipates evolving scaling and user needs.
- Optimize performance-critical components using Rust or C.
- Provide user-facing documentation and support for researchers and traders.
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills.
- Advanced financial functional knowledge relevant to designing features for researchers and traders.
- Architectural skills for designing scalable platforms.
- Rust or C high-performance computing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong CI and DevOps mindset focused on team efficiency and product quality.
