Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and customize software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze system requirements and support application updates, releases, and rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify technical specifications and application quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on routine projects.
- Conduct market and industry trend analysis to inform project strategies and product offerings.
- Train operational staff to use internally developed applications.
- Exercise independent judgment and maintain regular, punctual attendance, including nights and weekends when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with .NET Core, Web API, microservices, SQL, Azure, and application support.
- Ability to analyze requirements, customize applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and support software releases.
- Ability to mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide technical leadership.
