Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural reviews across multiple teams and establish cross-service patterns that reduce technical debt.
- Drive large-scale technical solutions, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Build thoughtful, scalable, and flexible full-stack products and code.
- Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality engineering across the stack.
- Partner with executive leadership, Product, Marketing, and Clinical stakeholders to translate business and operational needs into technical strategies.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers and help shape a respectful, technically rigorous engineering culture.
- Use agentic coding tools and mentor the team on prompting and code-auditing strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling complex engineering solutions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale architectural migrations in a startup environment.
- Production experience with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies.
- Ability to translate ambiguous product and growth goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Versatile experience building consumer-facing products and complex operational or workflow management systems.
- Strong proficiency with agentic coding tools and LLM-based development workflows, including tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
