Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, provide status updates, gather feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Track software quality risks, serviceability, customer requests, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and maintain current practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with OpenText InfoArchive.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to create test scenarios, execute validation activities, and ensure error-free code and test results.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and participate in ongoing technical training.
