Responsibilities
- Create automotive mobility GIS offerings and define connected mobility and navigation workflows.
- Support automotive account pursuits, RFPs, solution scoping, proposal content, and technical inputs.
- Lead client solution workshops and demonstrations and create automotive-focused go-to-market collateral.
- Develop innovation narratives for mobility transformation and track automotive mapping, mobility, and navigation trends.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts and delivery teams on road networks, POI datasets, navigation data, and map visualization demos.
- Plan account strategy with senior stakeholders, identify new geographies and revenue opportunities, and monitor client experience.
- Ensure contract compliance, SLA adherence, audit follow-up, quality delivery, and account governance.
- Monitor delivery dashboards, performance metrics, risks, escalations, invoicing, budgets, margins, and expenses.
- Set team direction, track targets, drive quality and compliance processes, and coordinate workforce planning.
- Plan and optimize resources, support retention through training and certifications, and resolve fulfillment and delivery issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience in automotive GIS, navigation data, mobility datasets, POI data, road network data, connected mobility, mapping operations, solution consulting, pre-sales, or RFP support.
- Knowledge of automotive GIS, location intelligence, navigation workflows, mobility datasets, POI and road network data, and map visualization.
- Ability to create automotive mobility GIS offerings and support solution workshops, client demos, RFPs, and proposals.
- Strong documentation skills and excellent written and verbal English communication for global client interaction.
- Ability to collaborate with GIS analysts, delivery teams, account leaders, and senior stakeholders.
