Responsibilities
- Own SAP S/4HANA supply chain solution architecture from requirements through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Design SAP MM, WM, and EWM processes covering procurement, inventory, valuation, MRP, subcontracting, consignment, batch/serial management, and physical inventory.
- Architect large-scale EWM warehouse structures, storage strategies, wave and labor management, slotting, replenishment, packing, yard operations, and value-added services.
- Design RF, handheld, mobile, barcode, scanner, label-printing, voice-picking, and material-flow automation interfaces.
- Lead SAP Ariba and procurement-portal integrations, including Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, supplier onboarding, catalogs, punch-outs, cXML, invoice, and purchase-order flows.
- Define SAP BTP side-by-side extensions, Integration Suite usage, Build Process Automation, and event-driven clean-core integrations.
- Apply AI to demand and inventory intelligence, document and invoice extraction, exception handling, Joule-assisted workflows, predictive slotting, and labor forecasting.
- Own enterprise structure, supply chain master data, data migration, cutover reconciliation, warehouse sequencing, and interface catalogs.
- Architect integrations with finance, SD, PP, QM, TM, carriers, EDI, 3PL, MES, and WMS/labor systems.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops, chair the design authority, approve specifications and RICEFW, and drive warehouse training, device rollout, ramp-up, and hypercare.
Requirements
- Relevant SAP supply chain experience with lead responsibility across MM, WM, and EWM on global S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong SAP ECC MM/WM experience supporting enhancement, rollout, and transformation projects alongside S/4HANA programs.
- Hands-on delivery of EWM for large-scale, high-volume warehouses, including RF/handheld enablement and warehouse automation interfaces.
- Proven integration experience with SAP Ariba, procurement portals, supplier networks, and direct and indirect procurement processes.
- Hands-on SAP BTP experience and demonstrated application of AI within supply chain solutions are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA supply chain simplifications, embedded and decentralized EWM, Advanced ATP, and the MM-IM data model.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across operations, procurement, and IT leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, computer engineering, or information technology, or a master's degree in software engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP EWM, S/4HANA Supply Chain, or BTP certifications; SAP Activate; APICS CPIM or CSCP.
- Preferred experience includes SAP IBP, TM, Business Network, Fiori/CDS extensibility, RISE with SAP, discrete manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
