Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems.
- Create and execute test strategies combining automation, exploratory testing, and manual testing.
- Manage test plans, coverage, execution tracking, release validation, test data, and test environments.
- Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines and support reliable releases.
- Validate APIs, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end system interactions.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Provide release-readiness reporting and quality insights to technical and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve quality and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in both automated and manual quality engineering.
- Extensive experience with enterprise test management platforms, test planning, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation.
- Proven ability to design test strategies for complex business applications and workflows.
- Strong Salesforce testing experience and working knowledge of Salesforce configuration concepts and business process automation.
- Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality practices.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business-focused recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
- Experience testing marketing automation, event management, or revenue technology platforms is preferred.
- Experience establishing or scaling quality engineering and automation programs is preferred.
