Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain features in the Product hardening or GoCart library.
- Own features end to end, including requirements gathering, implementation, unit testing, and automation testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications, identify system gaps, and improve existing features.
- Develop performant native code and address cross-platform challenges on Windows and macOS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver features.
- Guide development on one or more platforms and contribute advanced technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on build and development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and writing highly performant native code for macOS and Windows.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, software architecture, building, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with building features for large-scale applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, independent-work, and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
