Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across product development phases.
- Work with Java/Kotlin backend and React (TypeScript) frontend.
- Design data models and optimize database performance for real-time workloads.
- Scale services to manage growing demand from patients and healthcare practitioners.
- Own observability end-to-end and debug production issues.
- Set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines and maintain high testing standards.
- Write test-driven, pragmatically engineered code.
- Collaborate with Designers and Business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable, distributed backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React.
- Ability to design for testability and maintain high quality standards.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Strong collaborative and proactive communication skills.
