Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Co-build and deploy AI agents with engineering teams to automate partner-program processes.
- Architect pipelines that move internal AI-agent proofs of concept into Partner Central and live partner workflows.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP servers.
- Integrate agents with Partner Central platform APIs and federation layers.
- Improve agent accuracy through prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation passes.
- Contribute infrastructure-as-code patterns, shared evaluation suites, and reusable agent templates.
- Own partner engagements from discovery and architecture through build, delivery, and executive readout.
- Design solution architectures and build specifications for agentic AI workloads.
- Build serverless, event-driven, multi-agent code and validate quality before delivery.
- Deliver hands-on agentic AI workshops for partner engineering teams.
- Create reusable assets and drive customer outcomes through partner-attached AI workloads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- At least 4 years of experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 4 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting experience.
- Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred: experience working with AWS technologies from a development or operations perspective.
