Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement patient intake workflows including medical forms and appointment scheduling.
- Architect a monitoring system for patient journeys at scale.
- Develop dashboards for scheduling and patient services teams.
- Own the automation layer for operations, including referral ingestion and task assignment.
- Identify and remediate critical workflows to reduce operational escalations.
Requirements
- Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems for modern interoperability.
- Experience in shipping complex internal operations dashboards.
- Proficiency in backend development, particularly with Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration patterns.
- Strong operational instincts and experience in healthcare is a plus.
