Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Product Design to understand customer problems, explore solutions, prototype ideas, and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Guide technical approach, architecture, and system design while managing risks and aligning with enterprise architecture.
- Build, ship, and maintain high-quality full-stack software that meets performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
- Apply testing, observability, CI/CD, code reviews, and other engineering practices to maintain code and system quality.
- Define and track product success metrics with Product and Data, using customer feedback, experimentation, and data to prioritize improvements.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, shared solutions, and a strong cross-functional engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes cross-functional product teams, product discovery or solution design, technical leadership, data-driven or AI-enabled systems, enterprise or large-scale distributed systems, customer-facing products, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
- Strong product mindset, technical judgment, ownership, collaboration, and customer orientation.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range is USD 124,600–148,200, with an annual incentive reference value of 15%.

- The role is located in Atlanta, United States, requires 0%–25% travel, and provides relocation.
- The position does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship and requires current full-time US work authorization.
