Base Salary
$125k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Product Design, users, and stakeholders to understand customer problems and shape solutions.
- Contribute to ideation, prototyping, technical feasibility assessment, and solution discovery.
- Guide technical approach, architecture, system design, tradeoffs, and technical risk management for the product area.
- Build and ship high-quality full-stack enterprise software, APIs, data integrations, and customer-facing workflows.
- Own performance, reliability, security, scalability, testing, observability, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track success metrics with Product and Data, using customer feedback, experimentation, and data to prioritize work.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, shared solutions, and a strong cross-functional engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with cross-functional product teams, product discovery, solution design, customer-facing products, enterprise platforms, large-scale distributed systems, and technical leadership.
- Preferred experience building and integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including data integrations, cross-platform workflows, and Salesforce customization.
- Preferred exposure to data-driven, automation, or AI-enabled systems and modern practices including CI/CD, testing, and observability.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range is $124,600–$148,200, with an annual incentive reference value of 15%.
- Medical, financial, and/or other benefits are offered depending on the position.
- Atlanta, United States location with 0%–25% travel required.
- Relocation is provided.
